Childminder Assistant

Role Overview & Responsibilities

Childcare and Early year’s experience is essential. Level 2/3 qualification or excellent understanding of the EYF.

Candidate must ensure that they provide high quality childcare, within a positive, safe and happy environment. Be willing to register if not already as a childminder.

Childminders are responsible for planning and preparing a programme of play based activities and in the completion of all relevant record keeping, paperwork and administration. We use Tapestry to update information such as observation’s/pictures.

Ensuring good hygiene standards are met and following all safety procedures (including Child Protection Policy)

We do reference checks and an Enhanced DBS check as part of our thorough recruitment procedure.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20-45 per week

Salary: £12.00-£15.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

• London, SW5 0JP: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

• Early childhood education: 1 year (required)
• childcare: 1 year (required)
