Role Overview & Responsibilities

***WE ARE LOOKING FOR A PERMANENT ARCHITECT *****

We are looking for a Architect for a Permanent Position in the Kingstanding area of Birmingham Area.

The job role for this position will be working on the design of Small residentials like Extensions, Ramps and Internal alterations/ home adaptations, bathrooms

Ideally you will have a good amount of experience but we may consider a junior looking to get a foot in with a good company to further their experience.

Salary £30,000 - £50,000 Depending on your experience.

You will be fully involved in the design phase of projects, managing your own projects with support. You will work closely with Directors and supporting junior members of staff.

Person specification:

• Architect – with a wide range of project experience working across new build and extensions, experience needs to be in the UK.
• Good communication skills.
• Confident.
• Excellent knowledge of UK planning policies and Building regulations.
• REVIT skills are essential
• Excellent presentation skills, technical abilities.
• Proactive and self-motivated.
• Proven experience in running projects.
• Ability to work on multiple projects.
• Able to commute so a valid driving licence is essential.
• Desire to progress within a growing business.
