Belvedere House Residential Care Home is a small family run business in Tenby, SA70 8DD. We are professional, friendly, and our goal is to provide the very best possible care to the people that have chosen us as their home.

Our handyman/woman will be using their knowledge of DIY/Painting/minor repairs to assist the owners in keeping the home a pleasant envoronment to live and work. The ideal candidate is a generalist who can perform a number of different tasks, such as furniture building, general woodworking and finishing, installing fixtures, painting and decoration and genral caretaking duties. The right candidate simply loves working with their hands and is passionate about getting the job done right.

Duties to include:

• Performing basic repairs and maintenance tasks as required (Painting, minor repairs)
• Genral external tidying of communal areas
• Supporting the gardener as required
• Supporting external contractors as required
• Adhering to the company’s safety policies to support a safe environment for everyone

Pay is negotiable depending on experience

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 16 per week

Salary: From £10.90 per hour
