Semi Senior Accountant

An exciting opportunity for an Audit & Accounts Semi Senior / Senior required to join a well-established Accountancy Practice based in Bury. The Audit Semi-Senior / Senior will be responsible for assisting with the account's preparation of a varied portfolio of clients as well as carrying out on-site audit work at client premises.

The successful candidate will be part ACA, ACCA or AAT qualified with at least 2 years' experience within an accountancy practice, dealing with corporate and personal tax return and possess strong teamwork and communication skills. Some audit experience would be beneficial.

Audit Semi-Senior / Senior Position Overview

Preparation of month-end accounts for a variety of clients

Visiting Client premises to undertake Audit work

Preparation of corporation tax computations

Preparation of VAT returns

Complete assignments to be reviewed by management and partners

Other ad hoc work as required

Audit Semi-Senior / Senior Position Requirements

Minimum 2 years' experience within an Accountancy Practice

AAT, ACCA or ACA part of fully qualified

Practical Corporation and Personal tax return knowledge

Some audit experience would be beneficial

Audit Semi-Senior / Senior Position Remuneration

Salary £22,000 to £36,000 depending on experience

25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays
