Aim/Purpose of Job:
To perform CCP (Critical Control Point) senior operatives: as monitoring temperatures and factory equipment, ensuring traceability is kept throughout the process, ensuring proficient service delivery and consistent high quality product standards
Initially as you train you will:
- Shadow experienced members of staff, gaining an understanding of your role in the first week, please note: You are expected to have sound understanding of managing CCP tasks.
- Obtain as much knowledge as possible regarding the products, machinery, and requirements within your role
- Familiarise yourself with the machinery and working practices
- Comply and work towards successfully completing your training passport in readiness to commence your role as a CCP Senior Operatives.
- Comply with all H&S policies and procedures
Main Duties & Tasks:
- You will support your co-workers to complete the necessary CCP checks
- Required to weigh product packs to ensure the product meets the specification
- Assist in with labels checks - position bases labels onto the relevant product correctly
- Use the computerised systems that function the machinery
- Carry out basic quality checks periodically
- Comply with all H&S policies and procedures
- Progression within this role is available as skills develop

Essential:
- Previous Production / Food Manufacturing Background
Days & Hours of work:
- 12 Hour Shifts
- 3 on 3 off - 9am - 9pm
- Overtime will be available on completion of your contract’s basic hours at time and quarter
* Salary is indicative on summer shift hours
