Role Overview & Responsibilities

***Bernard Matthews in Halesworth, Holton are looking for x2 Multi-skilled Engineers***

Key Accountabilities

• Fixing Breakdowns with MTBF and MTTR being focused

• Walking the lines identifying issues to be resolved and putting plans in place to rectify

• Planned Maintenance Works

• Continuous Improvements

• 4 on 4 off 06.00 – 18.00 Days or 18:00 - 06:00

Candidate Specification

• Time served Engineer - minimum City & Guilds mechanical/electrical.
• Experienced in food, or consumer products industry is seen as an asset
• An awareness of HACCP, PUWER, LOLER and COSHH.
• Must be an effective team player
• Able to work on own initiative and have ability to highlight continuous Improvement opportunities
• PC literate (Experience of Microsoft Office)
• Must be able to troubleshoot and fault-find within a production facility
• Good communication skills – ability to effectively communicate with both suppliers and internal customers
• Logical thinker and problem solver
• Must possess the energy and drive to ‘get things done’
• Can plan to a specified time scale

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £41,000.00-£42,889.00 per year
