Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are delighted to announce an exciting opportunity for someone looking to build a career in the London Hotel Industry.

We are a small group of hotels looking to recruit a dynamic and capable Front Desk Manager to take over the day to day running of one property in Earls Court.

The Role will encompass the running a 56-bedroom property (soon extending to 100 bedrooms) only moments from Earls Court Station. This will involve setting the strategy with the Hotel Manager and executing it on a day-to-day basis to ensure that we consistently and exceed the agreed targets in a sustainable manner.

You will be responsible for all aspects of the successful running of the hotel and will be hands on.

We are looking for an Front Desk Manager with the following:

Ensure high standards of Guest Service. Evaluate levels of Guest satisfaction and monitor trends, with a focus on continuous improvement

· Proven record of leadership and taking responsibility for achieve the best possible results.

· Proven record of team development and can motivate and develop individuals and the team as a whole

· Proven record on excellent guest service results

· Effective and clear communicator within the team and other hotels

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £35,000.00 per year
