Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are a dual destination venue and it is our aim to provide a great experience to our customers. We welcome customers into our Bavarian themed Bierkeller room and provide them with a fun environment to let their hair down and experience a Bavarian knees- up like no other. Shooters sports bar is our second room which combines classic American themed sports bar with a gaming element to provide that experiential leisure offer and experience for our customers.

Location – Birmingham – Essex Street, B5 4TR

Salary: £28,000-£30,000 p/a

Role:

You will lead a team-oriented, high-volume, fast-paced environment providing an experience to guests which distinguishes our bar as being one of the first-choice in town for sports, games and entertainment. Demonstrating genuine hospitality and delivering exceptional guest services in the bar area are key.

Responsibilities include:

- Welcoming of all customers and guests

- Being passionate about delivering the best customer experience and making every customer visit with us memorable.

- Day to day running of the venue to a high standard.

- Stock management and cellar management.

- Managing a staff team of up to 20.

- Delivering private functions and events to a high standard of customer service.

- Delivering the ultimate in sports viewing experience.

- A hands on approach to management and a can do attitude.

- Marketing and promoting the venue to increase footfall and revenue.

- Health & Safety management.

Requirements:

- Hard working individuals passionate about hospitality.

- Being able to engage with customers and create a memorable experience.

- Have a great eye for detail.

- Friendly and sociable.

- Previous 2 years’ experience in a supervisor or assistant manager role in hospitality.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
