Role Overview & Responsibilities

Job Summary

This role mainly responsible for providing course consultancy to our clients and increase the sales of the courses.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide accurate independent school information, assessment details, entry requirements and registration process to all enquiries.

• Design bespoke educational plans according to pupils’ academic performance, personalities and clients’ requirements.

• Supporting and assisting the registration process by filling the registration forms, contacting schools and follow up the process.

• Liaise with Tutoring Coordinator regarding tutors’ availability and assigning suitable tutors to pupils according to pupil’s age, personality and education level.

• Monitoring pupil’s academic progress, giving professional advice according to school entrance requirement.

• Liaise with host family and pupils for the holiday time availability in advance and assigning suitable host family to pupils according to pupil’s age, personality and preferences.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum of bachelor's degree

• Knowledge of the UK Higher Education system and Chinese Education system

• An understanding of the decision-making processes for Chinese students considering UK Higher Education

• Able to work under pressure

• Native level of speaking Mandarin Chinese and fluent in English

• 2 years+ industry related experience preferred

Salary: £18,000.00 to £22,000.00 /year，depending on experiences
