About the role…

As a Demi Chef de Partie you will report to the Chef de Partie to oversee a section of the kitchen, be it pastry, butchery, fish, sauces or vegetables. This role would suite a flexible, hands on and self-driven person who can work well within a team. You will contribute to customer satisfaction through the preparation of high-quality food items in accordance with hotel standards, ensuring that all dishes leaving the kitchen are prepared to the highest possible standard

About you…

The successful candidate will have a good knowledge of culinary skills and past experience working within a professional kitchen. You will have excellent knowledge of Food Hygiene and be able to demonstrate a passion for the role. We are looking for staff who would like to work in a fun environment which offers training and development.
