Housekeeper

Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are looking for a reliable, hard working and trustworthy individual to join our already fantastic team. Our housekeeping shifts start at 10am and finish when the last room is completed. We are open daily so will require the applicant to work weekends also. The role will include some of the following:

• Enter and prepare the rooms for cleaning.
• Make beds.
• Dust the room and furniture.
• Replenish guestrooms and bath supplies.
• Clean the bathroom.
• Clean the closet.
• Vacuum the carpet.
• Check and secure the rooms.
• Replenish amenities according to the operational standards.
• Ensure security of guest rooms and privacy of guests
• Perform rotation cleaning duties (e.g. steam clean carpets, spring cleaning, super cleaning etc.) as required
• Cleans guest bathroom/bedroom/floor corridor.
• Responsible for replenishment of guest complimentary water.
• Responsible for the cleanliness and maintenance of their work area.
• Responsible for the Hotel property in general.
• Responsible for following the standard operating procedures.
• Responsible for achieving and exceeding the guest satisfaction score.

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: £7.83-£10.33 per hour
