This position gives you the opportunity to Nurse across two homes in Belfast within close proximity. The care categories across the two homes are dementia, old age, physical disability and younger Adults.

The Job role:

• You will work closely with a highly motivated team who focuses on providing the highest quality care to a diverse resident group.
• Carry out the administration of medicines according to policy and procedure.
• Keep clear and accurate records at all times.
• Provide Nursing care where this is required.
• Ensuring that care plans are regularly reviewed and updated is an essential part of the role along with practical, and clinical.
