Our Client has openings for HCA/Support Worker for Full time – Days / Nights in Eye IP21. Looking for applicants with prior experience in Healthcare Sector. The home is rated "Good" in CQC ratings and is registered for a maximum of 30 Service Users.
The home is set in seven acres of beautiful gardens, with a large and picturesque pond. There is a wealth of wild birds to be seen - ducks, pheasants, wrens, woodpeckers, finches and barn owls - and often a glimpse of animal life - rabbits, stoats, foxes, and the occasional deer. The home has lots of events in the garden throughout the summer, attended by both the residents and their families.

Job Details as HCA/Support Worker:
Job Type: Full-Time
Location: Eye IP21
Salary: £10.10 per hour
Schedule: Days / Nights – 12-hour shift

Responsibilities as HCA/Support Worker:
As a valued member of our care family, you'll work within our care home environment delivering high-quality to the residents. Working as part of the care team, you'll recognise and facilitate the daily needs of residents, conduct formal supervisions and appraisals, as well as, contributing to care planning and coaching support workers. With an emphasis on high quality, the purpose of the role is to maintain the personal care needs of residents, respecting the dignity of the individual and promoting independence.

Requirements as HCA/Support Worker:

  • Proven experience of working in a care setting,
  • A good team player,
  • NVQ level in Health & Social Care or willing to work towards,
