Our Client has openings for HCA/Support Worker for Full time – Days/Nights in Sevenoaks, TN15 for their purpose-built residential home. Looking for applicants with prior experience in Healthcare Sector. The home is rated "Good" in CQC ratings and is registered for a maximum of 75 Service Users.

Job Details as HCA/Support Worker:

Job Type: Full-Time
Location: Sevenoaks, TN15
Salary: £11.29 per hour
Schedule: Nights/Days – 12-hour shift

Responsibilities as HCA/Support Worker:

As one of our Care Assistants, you will:

• Provide a high standard of person-centered care to our residents
• Be responsible for maintaining all resident’s records and review of care plans
• Monitor the needs of the residents and inform any well-being issues with a Senior Member
• Support residents with personal care, mobility problems and other physical disabilities

Requirements as HCA/Support Worker:
