Our Client has openings for SHCA/Senior Support Worker for Full time – Days/Nights in Norwich NR15 for their purpose-built nursing home. Looking for applicants with prior experience in Healthcare Sector. The home is registered for a maximum of 35 Service Users.
Job Details as HCA/Support Worker:
Job Type: Full-Time
Location: Norwich NR15
Salary: £12.50 per hour
Schedule: Mixed Shifts – (7am-7pm, 8am-8pm, 10am-10pm, 8pm-8am)
Responsibilities as SHCA/Senior Support Worker:
As a valued member of our care family, you'll work within our care home environment delivering high-quality to the residents. Working as part of the care team, you'll encourage independence, assist with daily tasks (including personal care) and implement care plans to meet the individual resident’s needs. With an emphasis on high quality, the purpose of the role is to maintain the personal care needs of residents, respecting the dignity of the individual and promoting independence.
Requirements as HCA/Support Worker:

• Good verbal and written communication skills
