Role Overview & Responsibilities

To be considered for the role, candidates will need to apply in-store.

Successful applicant should be available on weekends and preferrably 1-2 weekdays. Working hours 09.30-17.30.

New starters will get National Minimum Wage, combination of pay rise and bonuses once fully trained (subject to successful completion of probationary period).

We are looking for people who can work efficiently without supervision and who are happy to be a part of the environment with extremely high customer flow. Candidates should be able to lift 10kg.

Blendini is a well-established and popular milkshake, bubble tea, smoothie shop offering hundreds of custom-made cold drinks as well as ice creams, hot drinks and more. Working as part of our customer-facing team, you will ensure that high quality and great value products are prepared and served to customers from a clean, safe and welcoming environment.

Main responsibilities:

• Greet, advice and assist customers, take orders and handle transactions
• Prepare and serve a range of products in efficient and friendly manner in fast-paced environment
• Monitor expenditure, wastage, stock and notify management of any shortages
• Undertake cleaning and routine maintenance duties ensuring equipment and furnishing are in good order and high standards of hygiene are met at all times
• Respond promptly and professionally to any customer feedback, comments or complaints
• Assist with deliveries
• Follow the operating procedures and ensure the completion of daily paperwork
• Maintain the highest standards of Health & Safety, cleanliness, professionalism, and use your own initiative to respond quickly to challenges that may arise
• Be familiar and up-to-date with policies and procedures, seek clarification if needed
• Any other duties as would be expected from a café sales assistant
