Driver (Catering)

We have an exciting oppurtunity to join our expanding catering team as a Driver. You will contribute to the efficient operation of the catering department by providing

distribution services to all catering outlets from the Production Kitchen (the Hub) - this is a purpose built unit, overseen by the Production Chef. You will work closely with the team, ensure the distribution from one kitchen to the other is seamless, maintaining a high standard and ensuring quality.

What we are looking for:

• 
  Experience of working within catering
• Experience of working as part of a team
• Flexible approach to the role
• Clean and tidy delivery vehicles
• Compliance to estate driving rules
• Compliance with statutory and company requirements for food safety and health and safety
• Correctly completed cleaning schedules, delivery and temperature records
• Elimination of food waste due to good stock rotation
• Compliance with company and legal regulations surrounding health and safety and food safety.
