Property Photography and Floor Planner Internship

Role Overview & Responsibilities

BleuPlan is an exciting, innovative, and rapidly expanding business offering a wide range of property marketing and surveying services to estate agents, surveyors, and architects. Our services range from photography, floor plans, and virtual tours, and we are currently looking for a Property Photographer and Floor Plan Sketcher Intern to join our team in the Central London area. Full training to our in-house style will be provided, so no prior experience is necessary.

Main Responsibilities:

• Visit properties in the Central London area to take photographs and/or produce a floor plan sketch in accordance with the RICS standards and guidelines.
• Upload your floor plan sketches and your photographs to our in-house system on the same day as the appointment.
• Carry out a domestic energy assessment at each property where required.
• Complete a full Virtual Tour scan of the property using our state-of-the-art equipment.

As a talented photographer, you will have a keen eye for detail and be willing to learn how to draw accurate floor plans. Our clients operate in the middle to upper-end of the property market, so you should be customer-focused and organized with excellent communication skills.

Requirements:

• A passion for photography, with a particular interest in architectural and property photography.
• A creative approach to problem-solving, with the ability to think on your feet and adapt to different situations.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• An interest in the property market and an understanding of what makes a property stand out.

This is a paid internship, with a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week. Candidates should be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as property photography and floor plans often require scheduling at times outside of regular business hours.
