Job Description

Machine Operator – Full time/Permanent – ST4

Working in a manufacturing site to shape and cut sheet metal to produce fence components and parts – you will possess the following essential skills

• Reliable
• Attention to Detail
• Self-Motivated and Able to Work Unsupervised
• Happy with Standing in the Same Spot
• Comfortable with Lifting Sheets of Steel (Heavy!)
• Health and safety conscious

Day to Day Activities

• Shaping and Cutting Sheets of Steel
• Using Press Brake / Bender / Hole Punch Machines
• Using Cutters / Band-Saws / Pillar Drills
• Working to Engineer Drawings
• Working to Deadlines

Shifts and pay

• Days 06:00-14:00 / Noons 14:00-22:30 / Friday 14:00-20:00
• Days £11.00 / Noons £11.00
• Temp to perm – 12 week probation.
