Position:Graduate Project Engineer/Manager


BOOTH WELSH -

We currently have an opportunity for a Graduate Project Engineer to be based in our Irvine HO and work on a number of exciting projects across a wide array of industry sectors.

We are looking for individuals ideally from the local area or within a daily commute from the office.

Role Outline


Assist the PM team to deliver a range of diverse projects through the full project lifecycle. Throughout your development you will be mentored and trained to become fully competent in your day to day activities detailed below -

  • Monitoring & controlling project performance against budget, schedule, quality and safety requirements
  • Manage multi-discipline engineering teams
  • Planning and scheduling key tasks and milestones
  • Regular liaison with all relevant parties (incl. internal depts, suppliers and client)
  • Contract administration
  • Weekly progress meetings and reporting
  • Client relationship management
  • Project change and cost control


Requirements

  • Bachelors or Masters Degree in a relevant subject – Engineering, Project Management or Business Management
  • Professional
  • Confident and self-starter
  • Proactive and driven approach
  • Relevant work experience advantageous
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
