Job Purpose

Freelance Markers for LPC and SQE Papers

We are currently seeking experienced Freelance Markers to assist us over the summer months with marking LPC (Legal Practice Course) and SQE (Solicitors Qualifying Examination) papers. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the education sector and gain valuable experience in assessment and evaluation.


Responsibilities:

  • Accurately mark LPC and SQE papers according to provided guidelines and standards.
  • Provide constructive feedback and comments to enhance students' understanding and learning.
  • Ensure the marking process is carried out efficiently and within specified timelines.


Training:

Training will be provided to ensure markers are familiar with the marking criteria and standards. This will include an overview of the assessment process, detailed guidance on evaluating responses, and opportunities for clarification and feedback.
