Brackenwood Windows, a leading installer of replacement windows and doors in Hampshire, Berkshire, and Surrey, is experiencing significant growth and is seeking a full-time Customer Coordinator to join our Installations Team.

About the Role:

As a Customer Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our customers and contributing to our continued success. Your responsibilities will include:

• Performing data entry tasks and placing orders with our suppliers
• Handling general administration duties, including scanning and documentation
• Interacting directly with customers, both in-person and over the phone
• Managing appointments and booking schedules
• Processing customer payments

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

• Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in computer skills and software applications
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Previous industry experience will be highly valued
