Role Overview & Responsibilities
We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual, who demonstrates the potential for excellent administrative and customer service skills to work as an Administrator within the Human Resources Department.We can offer staff gymnasiums on both hospital sites, excellent pension scheme and advice on childcare.
You will be based mainly on the HR Department Reception with responsibility for;
- The provision of administrative and clerical support to the Human Resources Team, and in particular, to provide support to the Recruitment & Selection Process.
- Providing a positive first impression; receiving visitors to the department and completing document checks for job applicants.
- A variety of other administrative tasks such as; filing, dealing with telephone and e-mail enquiries, and typing standard template letters.
- Assisting with the receipt of Sickness/appraisal information, inputting this into the Trust HR/Payroll System (ESR) and dealing with basic smartcard/Username & Password issues.
