Role Overview & Responsibilities

Bradfords Building Supplies Ltd is a leading independent builders’ merchant based across the South West of England. We know our strength lies in our people and the service we offer and we continue to build on this by bringing great people into our teams.

We are looking for a Yard Assistant to join our Yard Department at our Branch in Redruth. Within this role you will primarily be working outside in the yard, assisting customers, picking products and loading them onto the lorries and van for deliveries, as well as unloading supplier lorries and moving product to their locations in the yard.

You will deliver the highest levels of service and guarantee Health and Safety compliance, ensuring you remain sales and results driven. will be the friendly face of the business, offering customers great service whilst ensuring they are served and loaded, that their requirements are met and that they are well supported. You will also be required to offload and check in goods delivered from our suppliers.
