Non-Executive Director

Role Overview & Responsibilities

Seeking life science sector experienced non executive director(s) to sit on company board and key committees such as Audit, Risk, Renumeration. We are a young company and seek to have experienced eyes to support the Chair and guide and support the board in our exciting journey.

Experience in board / committee work essential, evidience of success as a non executive director desirable, experience of Chairing an Audit Committee with a financial background would be an advantage.

Board meetings will be quarterly in person in Edinburgh with committee work via TEAMS.

Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 1 per week

Salary: £250.00-£500.00 per day
