Part Time General Assistant (Food and Beverage)

Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are looking for enthusiastic/fun people to join our Bar/Food Teams in Brean

Our Bar/Food team members are key to providing a Quality, Value for Money experience for our guests. You will be the sort of person who turns an every day experience into one that our guests will remember as you greet and serve them in the best way possible ensuring that they have More than Just a Holiday.

Working together as #teambrean, our management team will support you on every shift making sure that you learn all you need to know to do your job across a number of different venues. We will train you to make great coffee, assemble amazing deserts, pull the perfect pint and much more, all with a smile on your face

We don't mind if you have worked in this sort of role before - if you have, that's great - but if you are looking for your first job, or want to explore something new we are happy to provide the necessary training and support. All we need from you is a positive attitude, bundles of energy and a willingness to learn.

Our bars/food areas have a variety of opening hours, but as a holiday resort, weekends and evenings are key elements of our trading times, Whether you are looking for a weekend job or 2 or 3 days in the week, let us know what hours you wish to work and we will see if we can make it work.

We are a family owned business with a 75 year history operating a variety of different holiday options and day out experiences. We are committed to doing our bit for the environment by operating in a sustainable way, setting ourselves challenging recycling and energy targets every year. We even have our own bee hives and make honey on the resort.

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 6 months
Part-time hours: 16 - 24 per week

Salary: Up to £10.50 per hour
