Chef, are you looking for a great new opportunity?

The Breeze Hill is an award winning Bar, Eatery & Hotel overlooking Benllech Bay, Anglesey. David & Maureen took over the operation of the pub in 2022 and have since made vast improvements to the bar areas and B &B rooms, which have all been fully redecorated and refurnished.

Our recently refurbished restaurant can accommodate up to 70 for lunch or dinner and is easily converted into a wonderful function room for weddings and other celebrations, when we can produce buffets for up to 100.

State-of-the-art ovens and other kitchen equipment enable us to offer you superb quality food, all freshly prepared using fresh locally sourced ingredients.

Our menus focus on superb quality traditional pub food with some wonderful additional choices on our specials board.

Additionally we have a good menu of vegetarian and vegan choices.

We are on a journey to become one of the most popular pubs on Anglesey and need good people to join our team. Experience is a bonus but not essential as we offer full training.

We are offering both part-time and full-time roles plus apprenticeships for suitable candidates.

A CV is essential and should include your age and details of any experience in hospitality.

Part-time hours: 48 per week

Salary: £10.00-£16.00 per hour
