Role Overview & Responsibilities

Machine Operator roles available on:

Press Brake

Day Shift 6am - 4pm [Monday to Friday]

Laser Machine

Euro Shift 7am - 7pm [5 days on, 3 days off, Monday to Sunday]

Plus overtime available but not always guaranteed.

Roles available:

No previous machine operator experience on day shift - £10.70 p/h initial rate, plus up to 10% attendance bonus each month = £11.77 p/h achievable in first full month.

With previous machine operator experience on day shift - up to £11.70 p/h initial rate, plus up to 10% attendance bonus each month = £12.87p/h achievable in first full month.

The job role:

• Vacancies for Machine Operative on various machines.
• Loading of raw materials and unloading and organisation of parts.
• Organisation and general maintenance of the department.
• Workload planning.
• Machine maintenance and upkeep.
• Trouble-shooting machine problems as experience and responsibilities increase.
• Leading by example and helping the business grow.

Candidate Requirements:

• Being able to work in a physically demanding manufacturing environment.
• A hardworking and determined attitude.
• Good level of spoken English.
