Restaurant and Bar Staff

We’re looking for Restaurant Team Member's for Brig O'Doon House Hotel. Reporting directly to the Restaurant's management team, you will be tasked with service of beverages and food to all guests whilst delivering first class customer service. You may from time to time be involved with food and drinks service at weddings.

And as such as part of the service team you will be enthusiastic and willing to learn all aspects of service within the hotel. Primarily the role will be in food service in the Restaurant. You will be involved in seating and greeting customers, taking orders, upselling, running with food and clearing and setting tables. The role may also involve making various cocktails, coffee’s and other beverages. You may also from time to time be asked to work within the functions team.

What you’ll need.

• Candidates must be 18 or over due to current licensing laws in relation the sale of alcohol
• We love people full of personality
• Flexible to work varying shift patters to cover the business needs
• Previous restaurant experience beneficial but not essential
• Excellent communications skills
• Positive and "can do" attitude
• Professionally presented

Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 16-30 per week

Salary: £8.24-£10.67 per hour
