Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are looking for a skilled Bus Tour Crew to join our team to provide and monitor an excellent waiting service to our customers.

The right Candidate, uplifts the tea afternoon experience for customers meanwhile they are enjoying a bus tour around central London. We are looking for someone who will have the patience, personality and perseverance to thrive in this role.

Crew's responsibilities include greeting and serving customers, providing detailed information on menus, and multi-tasking. If you are able to perform well in fast-paced environments, we’d like to meet you! To be a successful Bus Tour Waiter, you should be polite with our customers and make sure they enjoy their unique afternoon tea experience. You should also be a team player and be able to effectively communicate with our office to make sure the reservations are accurate and everything is going smoothly.

Keep in mind that Bus Tour Crew duties may require working in shifts and/or occasionally during weekends.

Responsibilities

· Greet and escort customers to their tables allocated inside the bus

· Present menu and provide detailed information when asked (e.g. ingredients, potential food allergies, drinks recommendations…)

· Prepare tables set up

· Take accurate drinks orders and accomplish with the special food requests

· Arrange table settings and maintain the bus and prep area tidy all times

· Follow all relevant health and safety regulations

· Provide excellent customer service to guests

Requirements

· Proven work experience as a Bus Tour Crew or Waiting staff is a plus

· Attentiveness and patience for customers

· Excellent presentation skills

· Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment

· Active listening and effective communication skills

· Team spirit

· Flexibility to work in shifts

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 8-48 per week

Salary: £11.00-£14.50 per hour
