Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are looking for a passionate Senior Vet to join our practice who would like to blend clinical excellence with a leadership role.

  • 4 site, 12 Vet Practice
  • Wide range of cert holders in different disciplines
  • Provider of care to Manchester Dogs Trust
  • 4 day week, 1 in 5 Saturdays
  • No Out of Hours, Bank Holidays or Sundays
  • Strong clear practice focus on development

Salary range up to Β£65,000 depending on experience

The role:

  • Leading a small clinical team
  • Develop area of expertise, ideally CertAVP
  • Undertake more technically challenging case management
  • Active in developing the practice & generating income
  • Mentoring / VetGDP advisor to New Graduates
  • Carrying out PDRs
  • Actively undertake leadership development
  • Solid commercial acumen and understanding of veterinary business
