As an Insurance Broker with our company, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients while providing them with the insurance products they need to protect their assets and mitigate their risks. You will have access to a wide range of insurance products from top-rated insurance carriers, allowing you to offer customized insurance solutions that meet the unique needs of each client.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and exceptional customer service.
• Identify the insurance needs of clients and recommend appropriate insurance products.
• Work with insurance carriers to negotiate coverage and pricing to ensure the best possible terms for clients.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance products, trends, and regulations.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and earn uncapped commission.
• Provide exceptional after-sales service to clients, including claims assistance and policy renewals.
• Participate in networking events and industry conferences to generate leads and build your professional network.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in insurance sales or brokerage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales skills and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• A good understanding of insurance products and industry trends.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A commitment to exceptional customer service.
