Role Overview & Responsibilities

Our lettings team are responsible for the effective day-to-day management of property lettings across the business. As a lettings administrator you’ll coordinate the effective management and delivery of admin and invoicing across our lettings team.

You will handle customer enquiries and maintain mailboxes. As well as working with suppliers to ensure all invoices are processed in a timely manner, ensuring data accuracy.

The right person should have a track record of managing a busy workload, prioritising and working efficiently to ensure speed and accuracy. We are looking for someone to bring new ideas, who is always looking to improve, and who can work collaboratively. Developing relationships, handling a range of administrative tasks and ensuring best practices and standards are being maintained.

It is a vital role, and helps us provide safe, secure and warm homes to over 100,000 people. More than that, it’s about building trust, developing relationships and enabling people to achieve more and build a brighter future for themselves.

This role is permanent and part time working 24 hours per week (we are flexible on days and hours). It’s is a phone-based role with a combination of home and office working (after training) from our Tewkesbury office (GL20 8BU).

The right candidate for the lettings invoice admin role will have:

  • Strong IT skills
  • Proactive and able to prioritise and organise your workload
  • Experience of managing and maintaining systems
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build working relationships with colleagues and customers
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of computer accuracy
