We are looking for an experienced Bar Supervisor or Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the bar, including staff management, inventory control, customer service, and ensuring that all health and safety regulations are followed. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, a passion for customer service, and a commitment to providing a safe and enjoyable experience for all patrons.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a safe and clean bar environment.
• Manage and train bar staff.
• Develop and implement bar policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
• Create drink menus that meet customer needs and preferences.
• Manage inventory of alcohol, glassware, and other supplies.
• Monitor customer satisfaction levels.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £12.00-£16.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Londonderry: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

• Supervising experience: 1 year (preferred)
• Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
