Multi Trade Operative

Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are an established business and have just secured another 4 year contract as the principle contractor with Sandwell council. We are looking for a multi trade operative and the ideal candidate would be able to demonstrate skills in all the below areas;

Kitchen fitting, Bathroom fitting, flooring, tiling, general carpentry work, plumbing skills also required.

This work is predominantly on the voids (untenanted properties) for Sandwell council so a varied skill set is required for this role as per the above.

Void experience would be beneficial to the candidate and is preferred.

Mon-Fri with weekend availability

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From £29,000.00 per year
