Site Manager

Role Overview & Responsibilities

Due to an ever increasing order book, Build Twenty Two Ltd are on the look out for a Site Manager to join the team. You'll be working on high end renovation build projects for residential clients. Work on heritage Grade I or II properties is a must and applicant should have a strong trade background.

Overseeing other site trades, the ideal person will have a solid career history as a Carpenter or Mason/Bricklayer with experience in managing people or looking to move into management.

As a new company the right person is key to us - if you are a driven and ambitious character but feel you could be lacking in trade experience we would still love to hear from you.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Freelance

Salary: £17.00-£25.00 per hour

• Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Bath, Somerset: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
