Job Description

With a menu of dishes inspired by traditional Gujarati street food wallas, a Bundobust kitchen is busy, fast-paced, and varied, and we’re looking for versatile chefs at all levels to join our ever-expanding team.

Duties

Chefs will be involved with all levels of food preparation while following the Head Chef’s lead and motivating Kitchen Assistants. Kitchen Assistants’ roles include a variety of food prep, section management, and kitchen maintenance, with the opportunity for progression to Sous Chef level and beyond with all training provided.

About

Bundobust started in 2013 as a collaboration between modern Indian fine dining restaurant Prashad, and Bradford craft beer café The Sparrow, with the aim of showcasing the best vibrant Indian food to new audiences and serving it with boundary-pushing drinks.
