Store Manager

Role Overview & Responsibilities

Here at Burgerking our Store Managers are at the heart of everything we do. You will be required to manage a team of Shift Managers and team members motivating them to be the best they can be. The role involves shift running, managing staff, payroll, banking, health & food safety, health & safety, ordering, stock count, schedule, hiring, training, customer service and food prep. You will be trained to meet our company standards.

Previous experience in management and leadership roles are essential for this job role, good Understanding of maths, basic Understanding of computer skills, good telephone manner, excellent communication skills as this job requires a lot of team work and communication on a daily basis.

We currently have two stores in Barnstaple and the stores will be discussed during your interview where we can also discuss wages.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £19,000.00-£25,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Night shift
• Weekend availability

• Barnstaple: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
