Role Overview & Responsibilities

Administrator

Location: Tring, Hertfordshire

Salary: Up to £35,000 + excellent bonus & benefits

Hours: Full time, based in smart, central offices

Are you a naturally personable, adaptable, and resourceful Administrator with excellent attention to detail?

A successful SJP Partner is looking to recruit an Administrator to support in all aspects of business operations.
Full training on IT systems and specific processes is available but you will need to have previous experience in a client facing administrative role and be a confident communicator.

The Role: Administrator

The role will be focussed on the day to day running of the Practice, managing a wide range of administrative tasks for the Partner including:

    • Organising travel and diary management; including arranging review meetings with clients and prospects
    • Answering incoming telephone calls, dealing confidently and effectively with clients, product providers and third parties with professional and effective communication skills
    • Meeting and greeting clients and visitors to the Practice
    • Pre-meeting preparation and post meeting follow up, including accurately updating client files on Salesforce CRM
    • Running reports and illustrations and collating key data
    • Extensive liaison with SJP Admin Centres, providing information required to complete transactions within specific timescales
    • Progressing applications with product providers, chasing up Letters of Authority
    • Producing templated client letters and reports

Experience, Skills & Personal Attributes: Administrator

    • You will enjoy a client facing role, where your professional and resourceful approach will be welcomed by Clients
    • Interest in Financial Services
    • Strong organisational skills
    • Proactive approach when undertaking tasks and the ability to prioritise your workload effectively
    • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Be proficient across all IT systems
    • Be self-motivated and ambitious with the ability to adapt, and a willingness to take on responsibility
