Role Overview & Responsibilities

Job Overview: We are seeking a cleaner to perform cleaning duties in a private home. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of the premises, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for the homeowners. The role requires the ability to work independently with minimal supervision and to follow a cleaning schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize all designated areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and living areas.
• Dust and wipe down surfaces, furniture, and fixtures.
• Vacuum, sweep, mop, and polish floors.
• Clean windows and mirrors.
• Tidy up rooms and organize belongings.
• Follow established cleaning procedures and schedules.
• Perform other cleaning duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills
• Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning services preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Good time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of cleanliness.
• Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks, including bending, stooping, and lifting up to 20kg
• Availability to work flexible hours, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends.
• Trustworthy and respectful of homeowner's privacy and property.
• Applicants must have their own reliable transportation and be able to travel to the client's location

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £9.00-£10.97 per hour
