Role Overview & Responsibilities
My client a well established manufacturing company based in Blackburn is looking for an experienced Warehouse Operative to join their warehouse despatch team on a temp-perm basis. The basic working hours are Monday-Friday 9am-5:30pm but over time would be available during busy periods.
Duties will include:
- Picking and packing of orders.
- Despatching of orders.
- Handling incoming goods.
- Replenishing stock.
- Packaging and labelling of products.
This position would be perfect for you if you have:
- Previous warehouse experience.
- High level of accuracy as counting & checking delivery/despatch information is essential.
- Good communication skills both written & verbal.
- Able to work well in a team.
- Have a positive attitude.
