Role Overview & Responsibilities

The award winning Spa at The Club Cadbury House has an exciting job opportunity for a Receptionist. You will be required to work both weekdays and weekends.

The ideal candidate must be confident, organized and able to deal with the demands of a busy reception dealing with bookings and clients for 5 treatment rooms. Applicants should have a strong customer service background and excellent telephone manner. A keen interest in the beauty and spa industry and able to demonstrate good sales skills are essential.

Job Types: Permanent, Zero hours contract

Experience:

• Spa Reception: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:
