Role Overview & Responsibilities

Café Alba are looking for a Team Leader/Assistant Manager!

We are an award-winning family run business who take great pride in our excellent food and service. Our opening hours are 9am-5pm so if you enjoy a friendly hospitality environment but are looking for a better work/life balance, Café Alba could be the right fit for you.

Who are we looking for?

Full time (will also consider part time) team member who is confident and eager to learn.

Previous Management or Team Leader experience is essential.

Someone who is passionate about delivering high quality service.

Must be flexible and be able to work weekends.

We need someone who is a great team player but can be trusted when unsupervised.

Someone who can preferably be able to travel between our Cumbernauld & Airdrie cafes.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 16-30 per week

Salary: £10.00-£12.00 per hour
