Field Service Engineer – Cold Storage Equipment for the medical / R&D industry

Outline:
This is fantastic opportunity for someone to work with a great company within a rewarding sector. A respected company with a great range of cold storage products, looking for an enthusiastic person to join as a Field Service Engineer.

The Company:

The Role:

• As a Field Service Engineer you will be covering the London and Southeast area, along with some works required further afield from time to time.
• Working on new installations, maintenance (PPM), along with some unscheduled work requirements.
• Laboratory cold storage settings can be within medical, clinical, pharmaceuticals, food & feed, along with some academic settings.
• The role with vary and be flexible to work demands and schedules, with some overnight stays away from home required.
• Installing and maintaining the cold storage equipment, with some electrical work as required, along with networking of the equipment.
• Full initial training will be provided with ongoing career development

The Ideal Person:

• You will need a Field Service Engineer background, having worked on cold storage equipment.
• Ideally you'll have experience of working to ISO 17025 standards, however this is not essential as full training is provided.
• Anyone with suitable cold storage experience and having worked as a Field Service Engineer would be highly suitable for this role!
• A positive attitude and strong service engineering background are essential.
• You'll be customer facing, you'll need to able to speak with people of all levels and conduct yourself in a professional manner at all times. a
• Applicants must live in the London or Southeast area, within a reasonable commutable of London.
• Full UK Driving Licence is essential
• Right to work in the UK is essential – no sponsorship available (sorry)

• Basic salary: Up to £50k (DOE)
