Role Overview & Responsibilities

Calweton Farm Vets are seeking a personable and enthusiastic individual to join our well-established Farm Team as a Farm Administrator, servicing Farm Clients across West Devon and East Cornwall.

The role would include communicating directly with clients by telephone, email, and face to face, managing vets’ diaries and workload, maintaining stock levels in dispensary and dispensing medicines to clients alongside other members of the team.

The position is full time (Monday to Friday) and would be based mainly at our Callington office but may require some working hours from our St Columb branch also.

Our team deliver all aspects of veterinary care to all types of farms in our area. Clinical care, medicine supply and TB testing are the fundamentals of our business with client satisfaction at its core. Good communication skills and the ability to work both within a team and independently in a fast moving, responsive environment with good time management and IT skills are key to the role. Some experience in working within the agricultural community would be an advantage but not essential.

Salary based on previous experience and qualifications.
