Role Overview & Responsibilities

Cambrook Foods - Food Production Operative

Location: Andover (West Portway)
Permanent Full Time.
Hours: Mon – Fri, 9am-5pm with paid lunch break. Optional extra hours available during busy times.
Pay: £11.65/hour.
Annual holiday – 20 days plus bank holidays, with extra holiday earnt for long service.
Free parking.

We are a small, specialist, high quality nut processor / packer supplying 5 star hotels and leading retailers with caramelised nuts and baked nuts operating from a BRC accredited (AA grade) factory.

Multiple duties to include
· Caramelising nuts
· Packing
· Machinery operation (packing, baking)
· Occasional heavy lifting of 25kg boxes of nuts
· End of day cleaning

Skills required:
· Good attention to detail
· Numerate
· Organised
· Ability to complete accurate production records
· Good at acquiring skills

Full training will be given but food production experience / qualifications an advantage.
