Campanile hotels are two/three-star hotels and are characterised by the homely atmosphere and the informal, but professional contact with our guests. There are 17 hotels across the UK in cities such as Liverpool, Manchester and Glasgow. The number of rooms in our hotels varies from 47 to 130 rooms. Most of the Campanile hotels also have a restaurant, bar and one or more meeting room

Being A Room Attendant at Campanile hotel Liverpool

Room Attendants work behind the scenes to create the wow factor. We’re looking for a motivated, hardworking individual, who has a keen eye for detail. You’ll have the ability to work with little or no supervision while meeting the highest standards.

As a Room Assistant you will be involved in duties such as:

• Implement & respect chain's SOP

• Implement corrective action after guest review, mystery visit and complaint letter

• Register stock in & out

• Organise linen & welcome product stores

• Refill housekeeping trolley

• Participate in the opening and closing of the department

• Ensure guest safety

Knowledge and skills required:

Training

• Basic knowledge of hospitality

Experience

• One-year experience in hospitality

Expertise

(job-knowledge, technical skills)

• Ability to understand and follow guidelines

• Knowledge of health & safety procedures

• Conversational English

• Basic housekeeping technical skills

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20-25 per week

Salary: £10.97 per hour
