Production Technician - Electronic

Carbon60 are currently recruiting for a number of Electrical Production Technicians for a 6 month fixed term project working for a leading electronics manufacturing company based in Stockport.

The positions we have available will focus on the production of PCB and other electronic components for various sectors that include Aerospace, Defence, Industrial and Energy. This company provides electronic design and manufacturing solutions in both PCBA and full build box manufacturing.

Role Responsibilities:

• Wiring, soldering and crimping of various electronic components.
• Conducting modifications to PCB modules.
• Use of hand tools (soldering iron, crimpers etc.)
• Reading and working from engineering drawings.
• Small mechanical assemblies however the focus will be electrical.

We are looking for candidates with varied levels of experience but will ideally come from a soldering or wiring background.

Working hours are:

• Monday to Thursday 07:30 - 16:00
• Friday 07:30 - 13:00

All candidates need to be able to provide full right to work in the UK.
