Health Care Assistant

Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are seeking a Health Care Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing health care services to clients in accordance with established policies and procedures. The Health Care Assistant will work collaboratively with other medical professionals to ensure quality care and patient satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care and assistance as requested by physicians and nurses.

• Monitor patient vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and respiration rate.

• Assist with patient transfers and positioning.

• Collect and document patient medical histories.

• Assist with medical tests and procedures.

• Evaluate patients during office visits and provide appropriate care.

• Communicate with patients and families to provide instruction and answer questions.

• Administer medications as needed.

• Maintain accurate records of patient care and treatments.

Job Type: Zero hours contract

Salary: £11.50 per hour
