Recruitment Consultant - 18k (plus uncapped commission) - Based in Ponteland - Berwick Hill Road

We're looking for recruitment consultants to join our growing team!

Key skills:

• No experience in recruitment needed
• Great people skills
• Proficient telephone manner

Main responsibilities:

• Sourcing candidates via job boards, Linkedin and job applications
• Qualifying candidates for live job roles and guiding them through the entire hiring process
• Scheduling interviews
• Updating CRM on a daily basis
• Building a great candidate pipeline

The job:

• Salary 18k plus uncapped commission on placements you make
• Office based in Ponteland, just past Newcastle Airport (if you ever needed to work from home for any reason that is absolutely fine)
